1.开机前首先检查各部件是否在正常位置，各运动部件是否完好，导轨有油润滑，然后开机底速动转1~2分钟，观察是否有异常情况，等机床运转正常后方能进行工作；

3.整个加工过程不能用手或碎布等杂物接触正在转动的刀具，在清理石粉时要确保刀具停止运转才能清除；

4.作业完毕，关闭电源，清除各部位石粉，杂物。其他相关辅助工具必 须放还原处；

6.工作台面及导轨每天擦拭干净，不可有石粉、油污杂质等；

7.连续运行要保证冷却水的洁净及冷却机的正常工作，不可以使水冷主轴电机出现缺水现象，定时更换冷却水，以防止水温过高；

8.定期依使用情况）检查机器各部件螺钉是否松动，以保证机器可靠；

9.每次机器使用完毕，要注意清理，务必将平台及传动系统上的粉尘清理干净，定期（每周）对传动系统（X,Y,Z,A,C等轴）润滑加油；

10.机器若长时间不使用，应定期（每周）加油空走，以保证传动系统的灵活性；

11.主轴、工作台和导轨面严禁敲打和冲击，工作台及道轨面不得乱放工具和毛坯及不相关的工件或物品；
